Kale and Sausage with Roasted Parsnips


Kale and sausage with roasted parsnips. At least I think that's kale, looking at it a year later. Maybe swiss chard?

I believe those are collards. Kale is more curly at the edges. Yummy, nevertheless.

Thanks! We make both all the time, as well as spinach greens, etc. So, it's easy to lose track.
